Gerund= Noun
◑ সাধারণত কোন noun এরসাথে ing হয় না কিন্তু [verb+ing =Noun] হলে তাকে Gerund বলে। Ex: walking
Participle= adj (progress-চলমান)
◑ আবার adj এর সাথে ing হলে participle (present.p) হয়।
◑ Noun কে একমাএ it দিয়ে Replace করা যায়।

Gerund= It দিয়ে Replace করা গেলে Gerund হয়।
Ex: Do you enjoy teaching?
Do you enjoy it?
Ex: I love walking.
I love it.
Participle= It দিয়ে Replace করা না গেলে Participle.
Ex: I Saw a runing bus
I saw a it bus ✘ (এটা it দিয়ে replace হবে না)

Note: adj মানেই participle (কোন adj এর সাথে ing হয় না যেহেতু নিয়মে পরে গেছে তাই এটা এখন present participle হয়ে গেছে)

Gerund= স্থির/মৃত বুঝালে Gerund হয়।
Ex: I love Walking
Participle= গতিশীল/জীবিত বুঝালে Participle হয়
Ex: I saw a walking man
আমি একজন চলন্ত মানুষ দেখেছি অর্থাৎ লোকটি জীবিত বা গতিশীল তাই এটা participle

Gerund= বাক্যের মাঝে is বসিয়ে অযৌক্তিক মনে হলে Gerund হয়।
Ex: I saw a Reading Table
Table is Reading (অবাস্তব)
Ex: This is a walking stick
Stick is walking (অবাস্তব)
Participle= বাক্যের মাঝে is বসিয়ে যৌক্তিক মনে হলে Participle.
Ex: I saw a walking man
Man is walking (বাস্তব)
Ex: I saw a flying bird
Bird is flying (যৌক্তিক)
Note: পৃথিবীর সকল continues(গতিশীল) Participle হয়

*Preposition + Noun
Gerund= বাক্যের মাঝে for থাকলে Gerund অর্থাৎ To ব্যতিত সকল preposition এর পর Gerund হয়।
Ex: A table for reading
Participle= বাক্যের মাঝে for হবে না বা preposition না থাকলে participle হয়।
Roll- 5................
Gerund= Gerund (noun) sub/obj হিসাবে বসে
Ex : Walking is a good Habit.
Participle= Participle sub হিসাবে বসে না তবে বাক্যে দুটো অংশ থাকলে, এবং দ্বিতীয় অংশে sub থাকলে তাহলে ১ম অংশে sub হিসাবে participle বসে।
Ex: Walking more and more, He is Healthy.
*** পরিপূরক হলে Compliment হয়
Ex: I am Smart→ smart I
Ex: My favorite activists is Reading→যেটা প্রিয় সেটাই পড়া/পড়াটাই প্রিয়।
*** Rolling Stone থাকলেই adj হবে। যদি অপশনে adj না থাকে তাহলে Participle হবে।
